Kinlin Rutherfurd Architects, New York, New York   2006 - 2008, Senior Associate

I re-established a New York City office for KRA after they had relocated to Weston, CT, and I managed the NYC office for 9 months prior to consolidation of the two offices into a single location.  I assisted in finding new office space, obtaining a commercial lease in Midtown Manhattan, and managed the office tenant improvement build-out.  I was integral to KRA's growth from 4 to 13 people in two years’ time.  With my prior experience in multi-family design, I was able to simultaneously managed the largest two projects in the firm’s 8-year history.
